Integrating Computation and Experiment to Create Revolutionary Materials (ICECRM) is an REU program focusing on developing new materials by harnessing the power of accelerated simulations and experiment. This REU is designed as a 11-week program where students will tackle an interdisciplinary problem in materials informatics. Students will be paired with a professor and associated graduate student and conduct cutting-edge experimental or computational research. Projects are typically renewable energy-focused (e.g. solar cells, batteries, catalysis, gas storage, magnetism). For more information and list of possible projects, please see our website: https://materialsreu.mines.edu/
