Volt is immediately hiring a Remote Environmental Training Specialist in Maplewood, MN, with a well-known industry leader.

This is a first shift position.

As aa Remote Environmental Specialist you will:
  • Administer training program, including deploying online training to appropriate audiences via Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Maintain a training library consisting of training documentation, manuals, and visuals
  • Data Analytics, such as accurate audience identification or training delinquency identification, tracking, and communication
  • Excel and PPT skills for data analytics and training module development
  • Ability to work independently and escalate questions or concerns
  • Ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams to communicate, identify, and solve problems
  • Interest in learning about Environment, Health and Safety and/or training content development or program administration
  • General customer service mindset (both internal customers and external vendors)
  • Participates in user groups to maintain and enhance training/LMS knowledge
Estimated Duration up to 24 months.

The ideal candidate will have:
  • BS Degree

Pay Rate: $30.53 per hour

Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
